THURSDAY, MARCH 20: City and Beach day & Party Bus (Chiva Rumbera)

The couple will be exploring Cartagena’s historic center and enjoying a beach day—feel free to join them or explore the city at your own pace!

CHIVA RUMBERA: 7:00 - 9:00 PM Join us for a private and fun-filled open-air bus ride through Cartagena on one of Colombia's iconic Chiva Rumberas! Enjoy music, dancing, and an unforgettable atmosphere with a bilingual guide keeping the energy high. We’ll make short stops for photos, and at the end, you can choose to stay at a nightclub (optional) or return to the hotel.

-Departure: 7:00 PM from the Radisson Hotel Lobby

-Cost: $7.50 USD / 30,000 COP per person (Cash or Nequi, Colombia's version of Venmo)

-Drinks: Available for purchase, averaging $2.50 USD / 10,000 COP each

FRIDAY, MARCH 21: Rosario Islands Tour (Mangata Beach) & Welcome Drinks

The couple will be enjoying an 8-hour tour to the stunning Rosario Islands, Mangata Beach from 8 AM to 4 PM. Email the Rosario Islands Agency at rosarioislandsagency@gmail.com to request the payment link to book the same tour (Johana Cortes group). Make sure to reserve soon, as spots on the same boat are limited!

WELCOME DRINKS: You are invited by the parents of the groom to join us at Terraza Palenques, Radisson Hotel, at 6:00 PM for a welcome gathering. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet fellow guests, relax, and enjoy the charm of Cartagena. RSVP to be added to the guest list. *Complimentary welcome drink and appetizers included.

SATURDAY, MARCH 22: Wedding Day

CEREMONY: 4:15 PM Join us at the Oasis Garden, Radisson Hotel for the BIG day!

RECEPTION: 6:30 PM After the ceremony, please join us upstairs in the elegant Miramar Salon for the reception.

SUNDAY, MARCH 23: Breakfast, Lounge & Explore

BREAKFAST: Radisson Hotel in Palenques restaurant. For those who would like to join us and who are not staying at the Radisson please let us know at least 1 week prior and we will reserve your spot.

LOUNGE & EXPLORE: This day is all for you! Lounge by the beach or explore outside the city.

MONDAY, MARCH 24: (Holiday in Colombia): Optional Island Tour

We’re planning to visit another beautiful island near Cartagena. If you’re still in town, feel free to book and join us (Further information coming soon.)

JUEVES, 20 DE MARZO: Día de Ciudad y Playa + Chiva Rumbera

La pareja estará explorando el centro histórico de Cartagena y disfrutando de un día de playa. Siéntanse libres de unirse a ellos o explorar la ciudad a su propio ritmo!

CHIVA RUMBERA: 7 - 9 PM acompáñanos en la privada Chiva Rumbera para un recorrido divertido y animado por Cartagena. Haremos breves paradas para fotos, y al final, podrás elegir entre quedarte en una discoteca (opcional) o regresar al hotel.

-Salida: 7:00 PM desde el Lobby del Hotel Radisson

-Costo: $7.50 USD / $30,000 COP por persona (Efectivo o Nequi)

TOUR A LAS ISLAS DEL ROSARIO: La pareja disfrutará de un tour de 8 horas a las impresionantes Islas del Rosario, Mangata Beach de 8 a.m. a 4 p.m. Envia un correo a la agencia Rosario Islands Agency a rosarioislandsagency@gmail.com para solicitar el link de pago y reservar el mismo tour (grupo de Johana Cortes). Asegúrate de reservar pronto, los cupos son limitados en la misma embarcación!

CÓCTEL DE BIENVENIDA: Los padres del novio los invitan a unirse a nosotros en la Terraza Palenques del Hotel Radisson a las 6:00 PM para una recepción de bienvenida. Es la ocasión perfecta para conocer a los demás invitados, relajarse y disfrutar del encanto de Cartagena. Por favor confirmen su asistencia para ser añadidos a la lista de invitados. RECEPCIÓN: 6:30 PM Después de la ceremonia, acompáñanos en el elegante Salón Miramar, ubicado en el segundo piso para la recepción.

DOMINGO, 23 DE MARZO: Desayuno, Descanso & Exploración

DESAYUNO: Hotel Radisson en el restaurante Palenques. Para quienes deseen unirse y no se hospeden en el Radisson, for favor avísennos al menos una semana antes para reservar su lugar.

DESCANSO Y EXPLORACIÓN: ¡Este día es para ustedes! Relájense en la playa o exploren los alrededores de la ciudad.

LUNES, 24 DE MARZO (Festivo en Colombia): Tour Opcional a Otra Isla

Planeamos visitar otra hermosa isla cerca de Cartagena. Si aún están en la ciudad, siéntanse libres de reservar y acompañarnos. (Más información próximamente.)
